We currently ship to the Continental US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and select European countries.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Order processing times: 1 to 3 business days
Canada & US
- Standard shipping: 4 to 15 businesss days
- Express shipping: 3 to 7 business days
- Standard shipping: 5 to 20 businesss days
While we do our best to get your order out to you as soon as we can, please note that there may be an influx of orders during peak seasons which may cause delays.
Acoshia is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, as this is out of our control.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard shipping is free for orders over:
- $90 USD
- $105 CAD
- $200 AUD
Otherwise, shipping will range depending on what you order, and will be calculated by the carrier at checkout.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International Customers (UK / Europe / Australia): The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees, import fees, duties, or handling costs incurred after your product has been shipped. The customer is responsible for these costs - which may include VAT, customs duties, broker fees, etc. Acoshia cannot advise on the fees, and is not responsible for any additional charges. For additional information please contact your customs office.
Canadian Customers: You will not be charged duties.
US Customers: You should not be charged for duties, customs, or import fees unless your order exceeds $800 USD.
Since we are based in Canada, U.S. orders may be subject to additional charges, though we take as many precautions as we can on our end to avoid this from happening. In the rare instance this occurs, the customer is liable for any additional customs fees and duties required to receive the package.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
All orders are final once placed, but if you do need to make a change - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour of placing your order so that we can make changes before the order is processed.
We do our best to ensure your product arrives damaged free, and in perfect condition. (We take QA very seriously!) If you do receive a damaged product or are unhappy with your product, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product, and attach a picture. We will either issue store credit or a refund depending on the returns case (minus shipping and the cost of customs or duties). All products must be returned in their original packaging and not have been used.
